A ‘Nikah’ Islamic marriage according to Islamic (Shariah) Law is performed at Central Mosque.

The Nikah ceremony will be performed by an appointed Imam of the Central Mosque.

Jamiyat has been conducting marriages, divorces and conversions since 1963.

For Islamic Marriage (Nikah) Booking:

Await final confirmation via email after the submission of the form and the required documents to the Registrar.

Fee Structure

Nikah Fee:

£250

(One certificate in English only)

£275

(Two certificate in English only)

*  Jamiyat Central Mosque will ONLY issue one original certificate by the end of the Nikah ceremony, which should be kept in a safe place for any future reference. Please note that the Mosque will not issue any more original copies, but instead will provide certified copies at a charge.
